We have specialist skills in observing and recording how places function and propose alternatives to enhance movement and footfall. We are currently helping a large retail and leisure destination to increase footfall with specially designed and located wayfinding devices.
CHARACTER ASSESSMENTS
A specialist assessment of a place to capture its distinctive features and atmosphere is useful for local authorities and other organisations. It is often necessary to have an informed record of the design, culture and historic attributes of a town, village, street, conservation area or neighbourhood. With our expert knowledge, design and writing skills we can produce Character Assessments that are meaningful and concise.
